On job interviews emloyers just adore asking questions about our weak and strong sides.

What would you say if you were asked about your three weaknesses and three things you feel strong about?

Imagine you are talking to your potential employer. You don't have to be frank here . I just suggest to brainstorm numerous answers to these questions so that we could vote for the best ones

It is easy to speak about one's strong sides.

You can say whatever you want. But it is very hard to speak about your weeknesses You may fail the interview I even don't know what to say

Usual advice is to say that your weakness is a continuation of your strong sides.
For example, " I'm too careful." or "I'm workerholic "(don't know how it is spelt).

Of couse, nobody believe you, but I think job employers check your wit, not your real weaknesses.

The interviewer marked that sham weekness high but that didn't help me get the job
